Useful Telephone Numbers

We have collated some useful telephone numbers, including a number of helplines and charitable organisations. We cannot necessarily endorse these, and there may be other groups and numbers which could equally be included. Although this list cannot be exhaustive we would be grateful for any suggestions. Of course, telephone numbers may change - apologies for any such errors.
